From August 26 to August 31 in Lviv there will be a Week of judo. Within a week everyone will be able to open free of charge for himself the world of Japanese single combats.

Judo promotes development of flexibility, plasticity and coordination of movements. Studying of special exercises prevents traumas at numerous falling", - the master of sports on judo tells, the third the president of the Lvov regional federation of judo Vitaly Zagayny is given to judo.

Organizers note if residents of Lvov become interested in this sport, an action will continue.

"In Japan judo is included into the basic school sports program, as our physical culture. After it already there is a karate, aikido, but judo provides to children the physical basis is necessary.
