He made this statement on the convention of SportAccord within which passed joint meeting of executive committees of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and Association of the international federations of summer Olympic sports (ASOIF). And it directly concerns also Azerbaijan.

"We developed methodology and published five categories, instead of former four on the basis of which the international federations will receive financing for involvement in Olympic Games, - told Rogge. - I will mark that we only offer distribution of summer Olympic sports on categories, and the task ASOIF - to distribute on the international federations total amount of payments". In particular, this concept can be illustrated on the example of judo which it was always positioned at the end of the list, however now the International federation (IJF) of this look is included in the third group of disciplines of five. And head of IJF Marius Vizer headed SportAccord.

Since 2007 when it was chosen on a post of the president of IJF, judo underwent serious and profound changes. From a sport which was considered as the outsider of the Olympic movement, judo turned into one of leaders of the Olympic family. For calendar year of IJF holds more than twenty large sporting events, including and in Baku which are broadcast on more than hundred fifty countries of a planet. On the Olympic Games-2012 representatives of 137 countries took part in London in tournament of judoists. More than twenty judoists were standard-bearers of the delegations at opening ceremonies and closings of Games, including the victor of Beijing Elnur Mamedli.

"It is a well-deserved reward for years of diligence, - the president of IJF Marius Vizer marked. - Since 2007 all of us together fought that judo was most recognized, both for its sporting values, and for educational opportunities of our sport. The increase in our status within the Olympic family grows out of operation all of us.

Summer Olympic sports. Distribution on categories:

Category A - water sports, track and field athletics, gymnastics.

Category B - basketball, cycling, soccer, tennis, volleyball.

Category C - firing from onions, badminton, boxing, judo, boat racing, firing, table tennis, weightlifting.

Category D - rowing on kayaks and a canoe, a rowing slalom, equestrian sport, fencing, handball, field hockey, sailing, thekvondo, a thriathlon, wrestling.

Category E - the modern pentathlon, golf, rugby-7.
