A fine half of mankind and successfully mastered long ago wrestling mats. At the level of regions and the countries, continents and the world on wrestling female competitions are held, and in tournaments of local scale of the little girl often at all participate almost as equals with boys.

And nevertheless the concept "judo coach" and furthermore "the arbitrator on a carpet", traditionally and fairly associates precisely with the man. It was more interesting to that to communicate to the nice young teacher who "grew with dream of wrestling", and now trains school students in judo and sambo section.

Oksana Baydanova was born in Iodro's village of the Ongudaysky area and, according to her,wrestling of dreamed since the childhood: "I don't know, from where it. Probably, something congenital …". To training for the first time I came, being the fifth-grader when lived in Boochi, – Adar Tadinovich Bordomolov became her first instructor. It should be noted: in spite of the fact that in the village and today live a little more than three hundred people, there the office of regional Child junior sports school long since works and the people actively go in for sports.

Having moved to Kupchegen, the sportswoman any time trained under the leadership of Sergey Mikhaylovich Emekeev, and then arrived on sports office of the Gorno-Altaysk teacher training college and began to be engaged in judo at the deserved trainer of Russia Sergey Nikolaevich Grushin.

Already the second year it works as the physical education teacher in initial classes of Ininsky school and the judo coach and sambo of Ongudaysky DYuSSh. Besides, is a part of judicial crew where to it don't do any discounts for a female. Tells: "I wanted to get to team of judges more carefully to study and understand judo and sambo rules, with higher quality to teach wrestling to children". In general, we also met Oksana in "The young Spartacist" where she arrived on the 15th Republican tournament devoted to memory of A.I.Yalbakova, – the teacher speaks as the arbitrator almost at all republican competitions of sambo wrestlers and judoists, repeatedly her recognized as the best judge of competitions.

And in the Ongudaysky area at Oksana Mikhaylovna – pupils and pupils aged from four till 16 years. Exactly so: in wrestling section in Ina and Small Ina accept from kindergarten.

By the way, the girl and judo, considers the trainer, – quite normal combination. Occupations by wrestling give the skills of self-defense which are so necessary in the modern world, temper will power and discipline, learn to respect seniors and to help small and weak, will mobilize many qualities and traits of character. Besides, wrestling , according to Oksana, as well as the mathematician, "puts mind in order", after all on a carpet often the fraction of a second is taken away on seeing the slightest movement of the opponent, to predict his further actions and adequately to answer.

Working with children, Oksana dreams of that there are as much as possible villagers, especially young, went in for sports, order active and a healthy lifestyle. In such spirit it brings up also the sons. In wrestling  in her family is engaged not only five-year-old Artem, but also Amat to whom only two years, thus younger in any doesn't wish to pass training, and therefore mother takes it in any weather with herself. Admits: "The husband is unfortunately far from sports. Probably, we from that "series" when contrasts are attracted. But on trainings and competitions always releases, understanding that it is my work, besides darling. … It is good that sons in this plan are similar to me – they simply adore sports! ".

Adore sports and her "school" children: "All my children know that in the republic passes Year of sports, understand for what it is carried out, try to participate in all actions devoted to it (in the area since the beginning of year at full speed there are various competitions) as far as possible. Besides wrestling  at us in the village are engaged and other sports, however, almost same school students go both to us, and on soccer and hockey section. And here adherents of judo and sambo and wrestlers of classical style are different children".

In the course of conversation Oksana asked to express on newspaper pages gratitude to the people helping with carrying out sporting events and the organization of departures on competitions: to local businessmen Nikita Tudukov and Arzhan Kaymyshtanova, and also head of administration of the Ininsky rural settlement Marat Mikhaylovich Chiybunov.
