- March comes to an end, and therefore there are behind three months of new year. With what they turned out for Maxim Rakov?

- It is possible to tell, on percent sixty in a season it was rolled (smiles). Slowly I gather a form, I am restored. A little it, of course, was tightened, however all we go to one start. If on the Grand Prix in Düsseldorf it wasn't injured, affairs, in principle, would be even better.

- If to estimate your performance in Germany on the five-point scale, what figure occurs?

- Probably, chetverochka. With trainers set certain tasks, something managed to be shown, something isn't present. On the other hand, I already won all these tournaments – the specific goal wasn't to take gold. Now such period when you look for the fight more, you get used to new rules. And "Grand Slam" in Paris … Unambiguously, performance there turned out not absolutely successful. Once again tournament didn't go. For some reason I am not lucky in France. Already many times there I go – I brought home only a silver medal of the World Cup. Yes in the same Düsseldorf looked much better, I finished wrestling in the pleasure.

After a starting victory over the rival from Georgia (Alexander Mskhaladze – the Comment of the author), I contacted the Russian (Sergey Samoylovich – the Comment of the author) who once was the first in a rating. I won it and I reached a semi-final where I was waited by the owner of a tatami (Karl-Richard Frey – the Comment. Author). With it I had no special problems, however, unfortunately, I was traumatized and, having consulted to a trainer's staff, already against the Brazilian (Lusiano Correa – the Comment of the author) I decided not to come to the final not to aggravate damage. Offensively? At all. In Germany I already two times took gold. And tasks as I already told earlier, this time I put before myself absolutely others. Thus all the same I won a medal. The first this year. Certainly, very pleasantly.

- National team in the 2014th much that waits interesting and serious. What start for you is the most important?

- Unambiguously, World Cup. If to approach to it in a good form, and at the Asian Games it is possible to hope for success. Clear business that there we still have no gold. But in general other start prevails. Which in the 2016th year will pass (smiles).

- To Brazil still far, and Chelyabinsk and Inchon is our present. You plan to act both there, and there?

Time will tell. I can't tell anything concrete yet. Everyone after all happens. I here, for example, had to depart as a part of a national team on the Grand Prix to Turkey, however, as you can see, stayed at home. That is now in general it is unclear where I will act. Same "Grand Slam" to Baku planned for May 9-11. Me there put, but not the fact that I, eventually, will go to Azerbaijan. First, while there is no official resolution, secondly, after Düsseldorf I didn't train yet on a carpet.

- Nevertheless, the head coach of team Ermek Imambekov declared that plans to put you both on "world", and on "Aziadu" as very strongly believes in you, pins great expectations …

- Really, about it we talked to Ermek Abuovich. What I can add? God grant, that everything at us turned out. That gathered an excellent form that injuries passed …

- But present that you after all go on these two largest starts. And, clear business, there you will fight only for gold. Another is interesting: to what other result you also will be delighted?

- Frankly speaking, I don't know what to answer. At present there are no specific objectives. Why? Because already I managed to burn. I waited from myself too much - as a result I suffered failures.

- Fused?

- Not that that. I "fused" the word remained in the childhood (laughs). Simply sports are the world of unpredictability, victories and defeats. There is everyone. Sometimes it isn't absolutely correct to make any grandiose plans concerning itself. Painfully then you can fall. I know one precisely: the strongest will be defined by fight on a tatami. As, however, and that the Olympic motto "The main thing - not a victory, and participation! " is not my motto.

- Our following question, perhaps, is the most bothered for Maxim Rakov …

- Exactly. That defeat any more doesn't torment you?

- After London was, really, hard. I began to lose much. However I got it together and, at last, medals went. The Olympic Games turned into history, into archive. - You went in the footsteps of the father, your younger brother goes on yours. Whether Mikhail's career how you consider correctly develops?

- While there is only a formation. It didn't reveal yet. Mischa has excellent data, but a lot of things will depend on the same trainers to whom he will get. Now good experts in the youth national team work. We will look that it there will get. After all, as it seems to me, it slightly later заборется. For now only grows. However, too quickly (smiles). Last year turned out for it not absolutely successful. It is a lot of injuries. Mischa practically didn't get anywhere. One damage behind another. And so the whole year dropped out. Clear business that judo is our family, however everything depends only on him. It is fight.

- If at it everything starts turning out and it becomes known to general public, he devilishly wasn't lucky: Mikhail Rakov will start comparing to Maxim Rakov. Admit honestly, you are afraid of it?

- I always speak to it about it. That it has the road. And that I made, he isn't obliged to repeat. It has to have the history. History not younger brother Maxim Rakov, and history of the judoist Mikhail Rakov. Yes, it is heavy when the senior reached something and continues to reach, and younger only begins and has no behind the back of big victories.
