30 years he actively works on a sports field, leads a healthy lifestyle and to it professionally attracts youth. "I sometimes think: all my life - wrestling. And at work, and houses... My relatives and friends are connected with this spectacular sport. It tempers a body, psychologically you become more sustained. It is sure, it is necessary to develop comprehensively, but all the same I come back to it. Also I understand: to keep itself - it is necessary to come back here", - so himself and the life the wrestling trainer in a few words characterized

- Tell story, please, creations to free-style wrestling in Olevshchina.

- First of all, I want to note that free-style wrestling - a spectacular sport, here is few painful receptions. This sport in the Olevsky area was created for a long time. At first the late teacher of physical culture of Olevsky PTU-10 Peter Vladimirovich Bychinsky began to develop it nowadays. By the way, we now hold the Polesye Carpet tournament devoted to this person.

In 1995 during holiday I arrived home to Bolyark's village of the Olevsky area from the North, Yakutia where 5 years I worked as the free-style wrestling coach. Met P.V.Bychinsky. He suggested me to remain and develop this sport in the area. I listened to the instructor and so far I work here.

Over time, having seen that already there are results, our children can wrestling not only at the level of area, but also come to higher level, I addressed to the leaders of the area with a request to open sports school of wrestling. In Europe sports schools of the narrow direction, soccer school, boxing school, track and field athletics school, etc. therefore also we already went in the European direction function.

It was quite difficult to carry out this plan in life. About two years I submitted this question for consideration of the commissions of regional council. But it is useless. Only thanks to the strong-willed decision of the former chairman of RGA of L.F.Dola the issue was resolved positively: to us after all agreed to opening of such school. And, running forward, neither the leaders of the area, nor the sports center didn't regret about it.

- What gave opening of school of wrestling for the area?

- This sport, undoubtedly, became at us one of the most popular, the range of its financial support extended.

We not only began to work for result, but also for mass character. It is the prompt growth of number of children who were fond of this sport. On villages we could open branches where my first pupils train about 200 young athletes. And if for formation of a national team of the area on everyone branch to take regional competitions on 2-3 wrestlers, it already will be rather powerful team. So it also occurred. Now in the championship of Zhitomir area among young men it doesn't have the equal. Most powerfully over this task the Sushchansky branch works.

In total in the area 5 branches are registered. Sporting achievements prove that business on promoting to free-style wrestling will be continued.

- Pupils of your school constantly become participants of various competitions. Of what exactly can you brag?

- We had before a quite good result, and with school opening it improved.

Successful and most successful academic year for Olevsky sports school of wrestling there was 2011. So, Irina Kurilchuk in the championship of Ukraine among youth in the weight of 55 kg became the champion of Ukraine and executed the standard of the master of sports. As a part of a national team of Ukraine it participated in the European championship where took the seventh place. Before we had no such results.

Same year Bogdan Popkov became the champion of Ukraine among young men. Ours борчиха Maria Trofimchuk from Tepenitsky of branch in the championship of Ukraine among girls won a silver award.

For the small period of functioning of school we trained already 2 masters of sports, 5 champions of Ukraine.

- Really, it is good results. Concerning achievements of wrestlers, here everything is clear. And athletes have a material incentive for victories?

- At session which took place to parliamentary elections, the question of stimulation of leading athletes of the area on any kind of sports was brought up. We developed the program of material stimulation of athletes who bring to the area a medal from All-Ukrainian or International tournaments where not less than 4 countries of the world and also if we have a champion, the prize-winner of Europe or the champion, the prize-winner of the world are involved. Besides, the offer from head of RGA A.V.Dyachenka about 5 grants to leading athletes of 300 hryvnias arrived. Deputies unanimously voted supported the program.

- How you support the graduates?

- We not only teach children to aspire to sporting achievements, but also we give them a start in life. Our five pupils study in sports lyceums boarding schools. It would be desirable to grow up in the future from our children of Olympic champions and the qualified trainers that process didn't stop.

- What are taken steps in school formation as establishments of a sports profile?

- Thanks to support of the chairman of RGA of A.V.Dyachenk and the chairman of regional council M.A.Kharchenka, sponsor's means, in the school sports hall where we train, it is made quite good repair. Earlier children trained on mattresses which were sewed from cotton wool. It didn't meet standards. Assistance of the present management - to us on distribution of Zhitomir regional council the wrestling mat got. In the sports arsenal we have one more carpet - a gift of the Olympic champion of Elbrus Tedeev. In total now we have 3 carpets. Any region of our area can't brag of it.
