In the French city of Sottevil-le-Rouen the 6th Open International tournament on free-style wrestling took place under the auspices of FFL
113 wrestlers took part in it from Germany, Belgium, Moldova, Romania and France.
As reports wsport.su, more than a half of participants was made by the Chechen athletes living in the different countries. But, only two of them managed to get to number of prize-winners.
Said Gaytayev representing local wrestling club from Sottevil in weight category 65 kg met in 1/8 finals Hamzat Sangarayev from Banyole and won.
In ¼ finals Gaytayev achieved advantage over Ruslan Ibragimov from the city On. In a semi-final Said was resisted by the champion of France Antoine Massida, but also here the Chechen athlete came out the winner. And here, unfortunately, I conceded in the final to Vladimir Gotizan from Moldova.
In weight category 86 kg the member of French national team Ahmed Aybuyev began competitions with a victory in a quarterfinal over Georgy Tigishvili from Lyon. In a semi-final he won against the team mate Dan Kandillon. But, in the final I lost to Pyotr Yanulov from Moldova and also as Said Gaytayev won a silver medal.
To Bilal Abdurashidova from Belgium and to Ali Maltsagov from Sottevilya-le-Rouen didn't suffice to the prize-winning three a little. In consolatory group they lost fights for bronze and remained on the fifth places.
