The pupil of sport school of G. Gamidov was one of four Russian fighters who have won on the yaryginsky Grand Prix whom sent to Istanbul for the purpose of check regarding their inclusion in national team for participation in the European championship.  Rasheed passed examination on "perfectly", without having allowed any misfire.  And this with the fact that it had no fight through passage.  It surpassed one behind another two Iranians, the Turk and two Americans.  The native of Makhachkala fought in a manner inherent in it, constantly attacking and suppressing rivals the extraordinary power.  In the final one period sufficed it to gain ten meek points.  And in other duels he, though didn't win ahead of schedule, however, its superiority over rivals didn't raise doubts. 

With a medal of bronze advantage the Spartacist from Makhachkala Murshid Mutalimov comes back home. It stumbled only in semifinal fight in which, as well as on the Intercontinental cup in Khasavyurt at the end of last year, lost to physically strong American Jimmy Kennedy.

In the same weight to 61 kg native of Makhachkala Akhmednabi Gvarzatilov playing for Azerbaijan became the third prize-winner. It suffered annoying defeats from the Mongol in a semi-final in which on a course of a meeting conducted with the score 7:1.

The Ossetian heavyweight Alan Khugayev was close to a bronze medal, but in the small final he couldn't cope with American Dominic Bradley (1:3).

Unsuccessfully today native of Makhachkala Aligadzhi Gamidgadzhiyev (86 kg), the Krasnoyarsk citizen Israil Kasumov (70 kg), lost in the first duels, and the Petersburger Rustam Ampar (61 kg), left wrestling after the second fight acted also.
