The head coach of a national team Revaz Mindorashvili reported about this "Msoplio Sporti".

"Weight categories generally changed on one-two kg, and because of it it isn't necessary to be anxious – champions of Georgia and in the updated weight categories remain the main applicants for participation in ChE. The only important news is a weight category to 70 kg. It is the eighth weight in which on the future ChE medal events will be held, and we have to reveal the strongest in this new weight. For this purpose we already planned control fights which will take place on December 28th, in vakinsky club палаванов. It will be mini-tournament in which all strongest candidates will participate. Competitions will be served by the same judges who judged duels on superiority of Georgia" – Revaz Mindorashvili declared.

In these competitions part will be taken allegedly by the fighters acting in weight category to 66 kg, and also those from the wrestlers acting in weight category to 74 kg who will manage to dump 4 kg.

We asked the mentor of the national team of Georgia and about approved FILA new rules. According to Mindorashvili's statement, for wrestlers won't make difficulty to adapt to minor changes of several rules in system of estimates.

As for the plan of preparation of the national team to ChE, champions and prize-winners since January 6 will pass 2-week collecting in Bakuriani on whom the main attention will be paid to physical preparation. From February to March the team, allegedly, will go to two collecting and will act on three international tournaments.

We will remind that according to the solution of FILA, in the European championships and the world on free-style wrestling of a medal event will be held in 8 weight categories: 57, 61, 65, 70, 74, 86, 97 and 125 kg, and at the Olympic Games - in 6: 57, 65, 74, 86, 97 and 125 kg.
