Selection competitions for formation and preparation of team of the Bykhovsky area for regional competitions carried out to time of autumn vacation in a hall of free-style wrestling of GUK "The Centralized Club System of the Bykhovsky Area". 115 athletes participated in open championship in free-style wrestling among young men 1999-2002 from 5 teams of the cities of the Mogilyov area. On a carpet the invited teams from city Gorky, Shklov, Mogilyov and the Mogilyov area competed.

Having well prepared, the team of the Bykhovsky area successfully acted on superiority of the Mogilyov area, as a result having taken the second all-command place, having conceded to only national team of SDYuShOR-3 of Mogilyov.

Pupils of GSUSU "Bykhovsky DYuSSh" in personal offset also showed quite good results. Denis Makeev in weight category 59 kg  won first place. In the same weight category Artem Tsenyukov became the third. Denis Solodkin in weight category of 87 kg. I took the second place. In different weight categories Sergey Putikov and Valery Ivanitsky became third.

In an area line-up the pupil of GSUSU "Bykhovsky DYuSSh" Alexey Afanasenko also successfully acted. Now he studies in UO "Mogilyov State School of the Olympic Reserve". Alexey won first place, having acted in weight category to 76 kg.

Inspired with victories and the awards, ready to new fulfillments, children actively prepare for superiority of Republic of Belarus within the Sports contest among DYuSSh and sports school which will take place in Gomel.
