-  It was the real smithy of wrestlers, - Ivan Petrovitch tells.  -  All boys dreamed to be overcome on a carpet at George Georgiyevich and terribly were proud when they managed it.  Not casually in New Ivanovka in 1962 the free-style wrestling championship of Ukraine was held.  Fellow countrymen revere memory of the great master.  Especially pupils George Arabadzhi V. Nedelchev (Izmail) think much of memory tournament, 

F.Kutsarev (Artsiz), V. Naidyonov (Odessa) and others.  (they assume all expenses and the organizational moments on carrying out tournament). 

Trainers of Izmailshchina N. Slavov, A.Gerasimov, G. Yabanzhi, E.Toarko brought the wrestlers from Izmail, Kamenki and Lake.  The best results at these competitions showed Vasily Zanfunshan (23 kg, the I place), Vladimir Nedelchev (26 kg, the II place), Ilya Cheprazov (33 kg, the I place), Dmitry Rogozenko (35 kg, the II place), Ivan Kasap (38 kg, the I place), Kirill Zhaloba (46 kg, the II place), Tomash Chebotar (65 kg, the I place).  Prize fund made:  some mountain bicycles, TVs, nominal t-shirts, monetary awards (the biggest - 2000 UAH) and the main prize - a live ram. 

And here the running organized by Ivan Arnautom in memory of the teacher began.   Ivan Petrovitch has anniversary soon.   He will be 70 years old - he wants to date as much as possible sporting achievements for this vital stage and victories.   In 6 kilometers Ivan Arnaut both his friend and the rival from the Bolgradsky area Mikhail Volkov overcame a distance with the same time - 34 minutes and 24 seconds, for what nominal t-shirts and monetary prizes (on a photo) received.  

It should be noted merits before fellows villager in carrying out and the organization of a holiday rural the head Stefanida Cherkes. She all was in time: and on a microphone to communicate with fellow countrymen, and to award winners, and to dance under rousing tunes of Mladezhki of Heart ensemble which till the middle of the night amused villagers.
