On August 17 the free-style wrestling coach, the judge of the international category Timur Gadisov celebrated the 50 anniversary.

With the hero of the anniversary the correspondent wrestdag.ru has a talk.

— Semicentennial anniversary — a good reason for summing up. Than you are proud for what you regret?

— I am proud that I have a strong family, I bring up the son and the daughter, I am proud that took place in the profession of the trainer, not bad there is also a judicial career. For what I regret? Probably, as well as any former athlete, I remember with regret the missed opportunities to realize itself fully. Only to completion of career I began to understand that made mistakes in training process, not always correctly brought myself to competitions. But also thus there were results of which I can be proud. So, I was the champion of the USSR among young men twice, won on large tournament among wrestlers of socialist countries "Friendship" twice, became the second prize-winner of the championship of Russia.

— Your many colleagues say that now it is more difficult to work as the trainer, than in days of old.

— It is valid so. In my time it wasn't necessary to adjust anybody on trainings, we were engaged with big desire, implicitly listened to instructors. And now children had many temptations, they want to have a good time and in sports to reach something. But so doesn't happen.

— You served recently wrestling tournament in University games in Kazan. Whether it is possible to consider your work at these large-scale competitions by an event in your judicial career?

— Certainly, for me this big event. From Dagestan on University games called only two arbitrators — Musa Omarov and me. Before I had to work at many large competitions — superiority of Europe and Asia, the World Cup, tournaments of a series of the Grand Prix, but all these starts don't come within miles of University games on scope, on organization level, on structure of participants. I was told that I will judge in Kazan in one and a half years, and then periodically I was kept ringing by volunteers, they were interested in my biography, the footwear and clothes size, gave office information.

— How to you new rules?

— They it is certainly better, than former. The old rules, the existed nearly ten years, did to wrestling only harm. But new rules too have weak spots. For example, I consider that it is necessary to award a flawless victory on points at a difference in the account in 10 points. Now the duel stops at a difference in 7 points, but it not so big advantage which can't be won back. Or to take such moment: two points are awarded for transfer to orchestra seats, and as much points is given vent for the wrestler from an outset upward. These are difficulties of action different in extent, and it is necessary to estimate them differently. New rules still finally aren't approved, and, I think that they will be finished taking into account opinion of a wide range of experts.

— In your opinion, whether there will be a wrestling in the Olympic program?

— I consider as misunderstanding that this question in general arose, and I for a minute don't doubt that wrestling as was on Olympic Games since ancient times, and remains.
