His organizer the Clean Heart charity foundation known in the republic for many good deeds, among which — support of studying youth appeared. Heads fund the known Dagestan businessman and the patron, the first vice-president of Federation of wrestling of Russia Omar Murtuzaliyev, and the executive director of fund is the popular actor, the project manager "Mountaineers from mind" Eldar Iraziyev.

Representatives of the Ministry of Education of RD, Spiritual control of Muslims of Dagestan, journalistic community took part in an awards ceremony of the best students. The sporting public was represented by the head coach of the combined republic on the free-style wrestling, the deserved master of sports Sazhid Sazhidov. Having congratulated the students provided to grants, Sazhid Sazhidov noted that they deserved awards diligent study and the vigorous public work. "The republic needs such young people — vigorous and educated which could implement itself in different fields of activity and to be the useful to society" — he emphasized. Sazhidov also expressed gratitude to Omar Murtuzaliyev that he shows care of gifted youth. "Omar Magomedovich, living in Moscow, doesn't forget about the homeland. It not only sponsors and stimulates students, it helps needing people, builds objects of social assignment, supports athletes. The name of fund is fully applicable and to his principal, the person with a sincere heart and kind thoughts" — Sazhidov told.

For grants of "Clean heart" were nominated on five students of leading higher education institutions of the republic — Daggosuniversiteta, pedagogical and polytechnical universities, medical and agricultural academies. The best were defined by an Internet inquiry way. Winners of vote and taken second and third places in each higher education institution were awarded by commemorative medals and monetary awards, and on two nominees — valuable presents.
