The Sumy wrestlers successfully made a speech at several tournaments

The more competitions, the better for the athlete. It is an axiom. No training will replace tournament experience! With arrival of spring representatives of the Sumy regional federation of free-style wrestling direct in the different ends of Ukraine, and not only.

  On March 22-24 I passed traditional international tournament on free-style wrestling – X the Cup of Melitopol on prizes TM "Melitopol Sweet Cherry".  Participation in competitions, except Ukrainians, representatives of Russia, Belarus, Moldova and Azerbaijan (more than 200 athletes) accepted.

  Three Sumy wreslters – with awards! Yury Golub (60 kg).Vladislav Slightly in same "weight" became the winner took the third place. And the bronze prize-winner – Evgenia Nosok (63 kg). It is impossible to ignore result of the first-year student of institute of physical culture of Maxim Chuyko (74 kg). Having won two victories over "adult" rivals, it conceded in persistent wrestling for a bronze award and took the fifth place.

  Melitopol tournament is attractive to participants much by structure: not only masters of sports, and winners and prize-winners of the World Cups and Europe. In particular, the silver prize-winner of Olympic Games in London Valery Andreytsev (96 kg) this time fought.

  On a solemn banquet Alexander Kostyuk, the trainer of FSO "Spartak" representing our team, emphasized that сумчане if not only, the few from those who didn't pass any tournament in Melitopol.  Means, to friendship of wrestlers of two cities to get stronger further!

  In the past weekend in Belarus, in Gomel, I passed the VII International youthful tournament on free-style wrestling "A gold lynx", collected more than 300 participants from seven countries. (In some weight categories more than 40 athletes fought! ) Stanislav Lazorenko (73 kg) and Bogdan Bezkhutry (46 kg) – Alexander and Sergey Skvarchey's pupils (the first trainer B. Bezkhutrogo – Vitaly Degtyar) became owners of bronze awards.

  Wards of trainers Skvarchey caused a stir and here. Someone in "weight" had 13 participants, at someone – 23, someone won three victories, someone – five … But all adequately presented Sumshchina. Among young men till 14 years Ilya Kobchenko (50 kg) took the third place. Yury Sitalo (85 kg) – the champion of Ukraine aged till 16 years! The bronze prize-winner — Vladislav Vyyun (90 kg; till 18 years). Dmitry Borisov (70 kg) became the fifth among adults.

  And 15-year-old Nikolay Grinchenko won a silver award in absolute weight category (over 95 kg). He lives in пгт Zhovtnevoye of the Belopolsky area.

  At such relation to business – both trainers, and pupils – there will be in Sumy not one champion on free-style wrestling! And not only manumission …
