CUP OF THE RECTOR
In the Perm GSHA took place the XII tournament according to the manumission and Greco-Roman wrestling "the Cup of the Rector" .
On March 22, 2013 in a sports complex of the Perm state agricultural academy of. Academician D. N. Pryanishnikov with support of Federation of Greco-Roman wrestling and Federation of free-style wrestling of Perm Krai traditional XII tournament according to the manumission and Greco-Roman wrestling "the Cup of the Rector" took place. More than 160 athletes took part in competitions as a part of 15 teams among which students of PGNIU, PNIPU, PGSHA, the Perm branch "Ministries of Internal Affairs Nizhny Novgorod Academies of Russia", the Sterlitamak institute of physical culture, the Perm college of the physical culture, the strongest wrestlers of regional and city clubs of wrestling, and also representatives of the Volga and Ural Federal districts acted.
Opening ceremony began with a solemn greeting of acting rector FGBOU of VPO Yury Nikolaevich Zubarev's Perm GSHA. He thanked all guests for the done the honor and hoped that "thanks to joint activity of the Ministry of physical culture and sport of Perm Krai, Perm Bears club and section of wrestling of FGBOU VPO the Perm GSHA to appear to new names in single combats in our region and the country". With welcome speech the professor, the head of the department of repair of cars, in the past the rector of academy and the founder of "A cup of the rector" Yury Vasilyevich Shcherbakov also acted.
The Greek-Roman and free-style wrestling passed at the same time on two carpets. Upon termination of fights by special prizes awarded wrestlers free (Nikita Shershavin, Mikhail Khodyrev, Dmitry Ugrinov, Evgeny Ovchinnikova) and the Greek-Roman style (Maxim Smirnov, Vasyl Kusainov). By special prizes from the Staff of the FGBOU VPO student's groups the Perm GSHA "For the Best Equipment" and "Will to win" were awarded Ivan Artyushkin, Mahomed Rasulov, Andrey Sokolov and Chuvyzgalov Sergey.
