The fivefold champion of Ukraine on free-style wrestling Nikita Rebro: "I am a patriot! Also I don't want to fight for others country!"

In edition of "Donbass" the fivefold champion of Ukraine on free-style wrestling among deafs Nikita Rebro with a request addressed to tell about the problem which arisen in the last year's World Cup and has soiled its reputation.  Results of audiometric check didn't allow the athlete to come to a carpet, and it is sure:  documents were fabricated intentionally, to please to foreign competitors.  The other day on one of the facts declared to them militiamen opened criminal case.

Turkish gambit

This history happened in September of last year when the fivefold champion of Ukraine on free-style wrestling among deafs, the prize-winner of the European competitions, the owner of the fifth place of Deflimpiysky games and the repeated winner of the international tournaments Nikita Rebro went in Bulgaria to represent Ukraine in the World Cup. "In decisive wrestling had to struggle with the Turk, - the athlete tells. - It can seem immodest, but I was the only real applicant for a victory. Practically before the performance my trainer Dmitry Antonov approached to me and reported that competitors (Turkish side) gave a protest and demand check of my hearing. I was indignant, after all it is illegal! According to the charter and rules "Technical regulations of free-style wrestling" - the official document of the International Sports Federation of Deafs (ISFD), check of hearing can be carried out in one case: if the athlete gets in so-called "group of risk" and that AFTER a duel, the protest is accepted upon termination ofwrestlingwithin 30 minutes. I reminded the trainer of a rule of the game, but he began to persuade: say, of that to be afraid, you the deaf? Any doctor will confirm that you have a hearing loss - more than 85 percent (to be considered as the deaf, there is enough 55). And I agreed.

Operation "Disqualification"

"All way home I thought of an event, - the athlete remembers. - Thoughts turned round history which happened on the eve of a trip to Bulgaria to the prize-winner of Olympic Games, the world champion in Greco-Roman wrestling among hard of hearing David Kiladze. Some days before departure the trainer ordered it to climb on a rope for some reason. That got, and the rope was filed, the guy fell from huge height and suffered serious injuries. Thus David "eliminated" to please to competitors, I don't believe in coincidence and accidents".

Nikita is sure that him also disqualified with an ulterior motive. "Agree, any state will defend the athlete any ways, even in case there are any problems, - the wrestlerer tells. - In principle, my trainers had to appeal in the international committee, the situation would be resolved and I would come to a carpet. But they didn't make it! Moreover, they wrote the report addressed to the president of sports federation to disqualify me for two years without the right of participation in the championships of Ukraine and the international competitions. I who was repeatedly representing Ukraine, Donetsk and Odessa areas at the highest level, was thrown out on the street".

Really, the reasons specified in the trainer's report (its copy is available for edition), are flimsy. "The member of a regular national team of Ukraine Nikita Rebro constantly broke sports discipline, namely: often I was late for meetings, left hotel without the permission … In public places of hotel appeared with a naked torso … I accused trainers of arrangement to technical delegate G. Grigoryan … I threatened that will file a lawsuit, trainers apprehended its threats as an insult of the personality …". Plus doubtful аудиограмма which results were challenged by Donetsk specialized clinic "Aurora" at once upon return of the athlete home. "At the patient violation of function of the sound perceiving device from two parties takes place, - is told in results of examination. - Diagnosis: chronic senso-neural deafness. In comparison with the previous audiometriy dynamics isn't present". Repeated researches only confirmed of 16.01.2013 the medical conclusion. But, probably, these arguments of federation of deafs didn't suffice: order No. 287 of 13.12.2012

Nikita Rebro was relieved of the post the instructor of a national team and for "unworthy behavior during the World Cup and non-compliance with terms of the contract" is disqualified for two years. However, emergence of this document the Edge raised before lawyers new questions.

"About grants we learn from newspapers!"

As it was already mentioned, the order for dismissal of the athlete was signed by the chief of the Ukrainian center for physical culture and sport of disabled people Oksana Skugareva on December 13. But meeting of executive committee of federation of deafs at which the this case was heard, took place only on December 18. The extract testifies to it from the protocol No. 5", signed by president Leonid Kasitskim and secretary general Ivan Kulakov ". It turns out, the Edge dismissed earlier, than the relevant decision was made …

The wrestler stated these and other facts on five sheets in the statement in the State Office of Public Prosecutor. In particular, he demanded to institute criminal proceedings guilty, to understand why following the results of 2011 the grants appointed by Ministry weren't paid to it and other chempio-us-foreign affairs specialists, and on what this money was spent.

"We with children athletes only also managed to read headings in the press about increase in financing of management of physical culture and sports of Odessa region which we officially represented at competitions, - Nikita Rebro tells. - To me as to the bronze prize-winner of the European championship, according to newspaper articles had to pay the Cabinet grant of 9 thousand hryvnias! But I never received it. Besides, I addressed to militiamen with a request to check procedure of the conclusion of contracts with athletes. Personally to me the second copy of the contract for hands didn't issue. Perhaps therefore I, one and a half years without getting wages, huddled with the pregnant wife in the semibasement room with bugs instead of the promised apartments? ! And traumas treated at own expense, instead of for kazyonny money how it is stated in the contract? ! Believe, I lost any hope, at me selected the main thing - the right to act and earn on the piece of bread! All my family - a known sports dynasty Ivanitsky and the Edge - remained dishonored! Once my well-known grandfather Alexander Ivanitsky supported the homeland - the USSR, and the country him sincerely thanked for the brought Olympic medal. At me doesn't remain other exit how to move to Moscow and to bring points not to Ukraine, and Russia. If it is honest, I wouldn't like it …".

The other day to Nikita Rebro the answer to the statement written to Minister of Internal Affairs Vitaly Zakharchenko in which it was reported came that case is considered by Pechersky GU UMVD of the city of Kiev, and during careful check upon threats of murder criminal case as regards 1 Art. 129 of UK of Ukraine is brought. "Justice has to triumph! - the champion is sure. - Every day, waking up, I speak to myself: "Nikita - you are an athlete! No, I am a wrestler! Unless wrestling is not sports? No, it is my LIFE! ".
