More than hundred athletes of 1997-1999 year of birth took part in traditional annual competitions from various cities of Siberian federal district.   In competitions participated both young men, and girls.   Minusinsk was represented by 40 judoists.  

As Evgeny Korobeynikov, the coach on judo of Minusinsk DYuSSh told, structure of participants of this year the very worthy. In separate weight categories very strong and titled children gathered. Many athletes have a rank of the candidate for the master of sports.

Competitions lasted two days. Following the results of tournament the strongest athletes of Siberia were defined, and the next sports categories were appropriated to the most worthy. As organizers of the action note, similar competitions promote distribution of ideas of a healthy lifestyle. The chief judge of competitions Sergey Kugushev told that regularity becomes to increase in number engaged in this sport after carrying out in the region of competitions of high level. Children who also didn't know earlier about such sport, come to sections, register, engaged.

During competitions Minusinsk judoists took 8 prizes – on one silver and bronze award at the young men, one gold, two silver and three bronze at girls.
