145 athletes from Yelizovo, Apachi, Koryakov, Klyuchey, Rybachego and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky took part.

The vice speaker of regional parliament, the president of regional federation of judo Roman Granatov opened competition. Addressing to participants of superiority, he told: "Dear athletes! Having come today to a tatami, it is important to remember one: your victories, it not simply next milestone in sports career. It is a living and striking example for those boys and little girls who else make the vital choice. It is incentive which will lead forward new generations of wrestlers. It is your personal contribution to formation strong, healthy, sports, confident in the forces of Kamchatka! ".

Granatov wished to athletes to give all the best for 100 percent and to show the best result. Competitions took place in two age groups among boys and girls – 2000-2002 year of birth, and 2003 and more young. In total among winners in various weight categories of 18 guys and 11 girls. Winners won monetary prizes from deputies, diplomas and souvenirs.
