Opening competitions, MS of the USSR on judo and sambo Salakh Yusupov noted that adoption of the Constitution of ChR allowed the Chechen Republic to become the full territorial subject of the Russian Federation.

- Holding a referendum and adoption of the Constitution of ChR gave the chance to our people to live and prosper in the great country. And all this became possible thanks to courage and firmness of the first President of ChR, the Hero of Russia Akhmat-Haji of Kadyrov and to the successor of his business – to the Head of ChR, the Hero of Russia Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov, - S. Yusupov told.

Siddyk Kushaliyev (22 kg), Ibrahim Gadayev (26 kg), Rizvan Magomadov (30 kg), Iznovra Saayev (34 kg), Ibrahim Dzhamalkhanov (38 kg), Abdoul-Rahman Gulayev (42 kg), Khalid Abdurzukov (46 kg), Muslim Ulubayev (50 kg) and Dokka Elmurzayev (55 kg) rose by the highest step of a podium.

In all-total offset the first place was won by the national team of the Grozny area. On the second place judoists of the Achkhoy-Martanovsky area. The circle the prize-winner was closed by team of the Shalinsky area. Winners and prize-winners were awarded by diplomas, medals and prizes

- Tournament was organized for patriotic and spiritual and moral education of younger generation, increase of sports skill, development of friendly relations between various sports organizations, trainers and athletes, - the judge of the All-Russian category Salakh Yusupov noted.
