The Chelyabinsk section of judo "Pennant" remained without training hall. 70 pupils of club were engaged some years in No. 21 MAOU SOSh. During this time the management of club and administration of school couldn't come to the agreement under the terms of rent. Already tomorrow the room needs to be freed. The reason of eviction began to return desire of the principal Alevtina Vedeneyeva to the room which occupies "Pennant", the workshop status for manual training, the project manager "Your sports Chelyabinsk" Nadezhda Kadyrleeva told to the correspondent of news agency "Actually". But the management of school didn't hurry to sign the contract, and the rent which was raised as "donation", wasn't fixed anywhere. "The first year we officially rented at school others the room – a Small school Hall for which we completely paid rent. After moving renewal of papers was tightened. The director told all this time: "Tomorrow, tomorrow". Here and feeds us with "breakfasts" three years", - the trainer of section Evgeny Kulagin told. Opinion of the director of MAOU SOSh No. 21 opposite. Alevtina Vedeneyeva claims that didn't take kopeks of a rent and even offered the trainer of a message judo section for pupils of school. Besides, according to her, the prevention of need to free the room, was taken out even in the summer. "In any case, this building of school in which educational process is conducted. Lawyers consider that, despite the absence of the lease, the sports club can try to defend the rights. "Representatives of sports club "Vympel" can file a lawsuit against school administration, under a condition if provide the remained receipts and testimony. "Most likely, it is the personal conflict of the head of section and the principal No. 21, - the Minister of sports of Chelyabinsk region Leonid Oder commented. - If to settle a question it won't turn out, we will look for a hall at other schools. Children won't be thrown - here we have rather hard line". Parents of young athletes intend to defend the rights for the room at school No. 21. If club transfer to other place, opportunities to drive children on training it won't be simple. For them that precedent happened in a year of holding the World Cup in judo is especially a pity. We will note that recently in Chelyabinsk under the threat of closing there was a free school of boxing for children, without trainings there were about 60 athletes. The room in which the section settles down, was required to local businessmen. They suggested to redeem it, and after refusal of the owner of the building and the boxing coach, started threatening it and disconnected all communications.
