JSC "Sports Club Tayfun" submitted the claim against the editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Litsa" .

The judge of the Kirov regional court of Dnepropetrovsk Sergey Kazak made the decision on transfer of consideration of the case on JSC Sports Club Tayfun statement of claim to the founder and the editor-in-chief of the Litsa newspaper Alyone Garaguts due to the lack of the representative of the claimant.

It became known of it on March 17 during the first court session on business.

In the statement of claim "The sports club "Tayfun" demands:

"To oblige the editor-in-chief of the All-Ukrainian newspaper "Litsa" to publish a denial of the sheets widespread in article under the name "the Euromaidan: On November 28 at 12:00 we meet on Evropeyskaya Square" and stated in a subtitle: "Titushki-dzyudoisty", published in future issue 94 (1015) of November 27, 2013 on the second page which humiliate honor, the advantage and business reputation of limited liability company – sports club of judo "Typhoon".

The following court session is appointed at 12:00 on April 10, 2014.

We will remind, earlier that among the aunts beating participants of a mass action, there are judoists of Tayfun sports club, representatives of 18 public and political organizations of Dnepropetrovshchina declared in the Open letter to the Prosecutor of the Dnepropetrovsk area.
