Before duels employees of the Tver SOBR showed to participants and guests of competitions samples of military equipment. Everyone could examine an exhibition of modern types of small arms and the means of protection which are on arms of group.

After a ceremony of opening of tournament competitions of young judoists began. Representing various regions of Russia took part in them - the Tverskaya, Moscow, Lipetsk, Penza, Smolensk, Murmansk and Irkutsk areas of nearly 300 young men and girls at the age of 9-12 years.

From 23 champions of tournament four - representatives of the Tverskaya region. This is Alexander Golubtsov 10 years, Egor Fedorov 11 years, 12-year-old Zakhar Bulatov and Nekruz Dzhebov. Two more prize-winners – judoists from the Tver region: 12-year-old Vladislav Ivanov from the city of Kuvshinovo and 9-year-old Assad Muminov from Rameshek.

Champions by quantity of the won gold medals of steel presented to the Moscow region – on their account of 11 awards of the highest test.

- Our purpose, as organizers of tournament, - not only physical, but also moral and patriotic education of younger generation. On the Tver tournament of young judoists the original Olympic spirit of competitions, the atmosphere of friendship, fair competition reigns. This year the audience saw fascinating duels and a whole-hearted support of fans, - the trainer-teacher of section "Tverskaya of regional school of single combats", the employee of the Tver SOBR Eduard Butko noted.
