The civic chamber of Moscow suggested to enter judo lessons at schools.  The member of capital OP, the vice-president of Federation of judo of Moscow Dmitry Kuznetsov told about this M24.ru.  According to him, the Civic chamber sent the address to the head of Department of Education Isaak Kaline with a request to provide for experiment of 10-15 schools in the Southwest district.  It can be made in May, 2014.  Further it is offered to capture the project all districts of Moscow. 

"In conversation with us Isaak Kalina supported idea — Kuznetsov noted.  —  For a start we plan to conduct additional section in the second half of day, after lessons.  But also we prepared advanced training courses for physical education teachers that they could be engaged in the afternoon also with children of judo.  We will offer teachers both a methodical material, and a practical training.  As a result the physical education teacher will be able to fulfill the main racks, blows with pupils.  Lessons will pass on a tatami, all have to be dressed in a kimono".  Thus, in the afternoon of a basis of single combat the physical education teacher, and in the evenings the professional – the trainer of Federation of judo will teach.  Kuznetsov promised that occupations for children will be free. 

The federation is ready to equip at own expense sports halls of schools for judo. For each hall it will be spent to 1 million rubles. "We already did halls, and, taking into account repair of ladders, locker rooms, purchase of a tatami, finishing in Japanese style, cost reached 1,5 million rubles. But average repair will manage approximately in 900 thousand rubles" — Kuznetsov explained. We will note that now trainers of Federation of judo conduct sections at 15 schools of the capital facultatively, in the evening.

The pilot project in the southwest of the capital can already begin in May, 2014.  According to him, at schools can appear section and other members of Association of the Moscow sports federations — sumo, gymnastics, basketball and track and field athletics.  "Then school students will have an opportunity to study and play sports in one place, instead of to go on different sections across all Moscow" — Kuznetsov explained.  In the press service of Department of Education couldn't comment on idea of Civic chamber quickly. 

According to the principal No. 293 around VDNH Alexander Glozman, school are interested in the social partners, ready to help with the equipment of gyms, however it is necessary to begin with occupations in the second half of day.  "If enough of the children who are engaged on evenings is gathered over time, it is possible to reflect on creation of a profile lesson" — Glozman noted. 

"Oriental martial arts promote development of will, character and endurance — the chairman of Society of protection of the rights of consumers of educational services Victor Panin noted.  —  It is important that they were available to children".  Thus, according to the expert, occupations at schools are possible as an open classroom, at physical education classes children and now pass all necessary program.
