About three hundred athletes took part in competitions from eight countries of the world, and Ukraine was presented by judoists of the Volynsk area.

In total, on the Lithuanian tatami our team won five awards of different advantage. The first place in an age category till 16 years was won by the pupil of a specialized sports class on judo of Lutsk school boarding school Karina Sargsyan. It is interesting that on it the Ukrainian didn't stop and decided to try the hand in the senior age group till 18 years where took the third place.

Three more bronze in a moneybox of our team were put by Stanislav Homov ("Ear"), Stanislav Gritsunyak ("Ear") and Pavel Yurchuk (No. 2 DYuSSh) – all of them fought in age group all 16 years.

It should be noted that upon termination of competitions our athletes remained on two-day educational and training collecting. According to judoists and their trainers, Yuzapavichus's Memorial is urged to become one of stages of preparation for the championship of Ukraine among athletes age till 16 years which in April will accept Lutsk.
