The governor of the Kemerovo region Aman Tuleyev received a black belt on judo, is reported on a site of regional administration. On a belt is embroidered Tuleyev's surname in Japanese.
The belt to the governor was handed over by Japanese delegation from nine judoists headed by professor of the international university Budo, the curator of faculty of judo and the author of books about this sport Ishi Kensuke. Tuleyev handed over to Kensuka and the head of the national team of Kuzbass of Madzami Matsushit's judo memorable souvenirs with the image of the Kemerovo region.
Since 2011 in the Kemerovo region the program of development of judo is realized. Within this program in January, 2012 the regional center of judo in which at present athletes train from the national team of university of Budo was open. On February 19 the national team of Japanese university will fight against club of judo of Kuzbass.
The black belt in judo is handed over since the first is given (the minimum rank of masterful degree). The federation of judo of Russia allows to appropriate degrees is given not only to athletes, but also those who is engaged in the trainer's, scientific, administrative and other activity connected with judo. Whether Tuleyev was engaged in judo, it isn't known.
