Last week the member of audit commission of the Minsk regional office of the Belarusian federation of judo Gennady Homchik invited me in the high school No. 172 located on Okhotskaya Street in the Factory district of Minsk.

- Come, - speaks. - You will look at children whom I train, and at the same time and on conditions in which we train. Within Day of Health we hold competitions among the least judoists of school. I think, it will be interesting.

I with pleasure accepted the invitation.       After all it is always interesting to look as work with those who on ideas, has to succeed present masters of judo of years through ten is based, and can also later.     

And here Saturday, February 8, 2014, having taken the camera, I arrived in due time to school and went to a gym. Having entered there  noticed group of small children in a kimono.

 White color of sportswear of judoists considerably distinguished them from the lump of pupils. They stood with the teacher. Right there near them there was also Gennady Mikhaylovich. There was a creation of classes. And soon the opening ceremony of Day of health began. After its end pupils of the senior classes made the indicative program. Then the planned sporting events began.

 Young judoists with their fans invited in a gym in which they train.

Having come into a hall in which school students comprehend judo elements, I saw small, but the light and cozy room, about 60 sq.m. Except for small pass, it was all of the tatami covered with sheets. Gennady explained that during trainings passes also are closed by mats.

While fans took seats on benches and chairs, participants of competitions, and it generally were first graders, under the leadership of the trainer began warm-up: run around, rotations by different parts of a body, somersaults, etc.

After children thoroughly were warmed, began the judo competitions first in their life. As to fight them still early, the age doesn't allow, they competed in special and all-physical preparation: who will best of all execute such elements as "overlap" round the head, the bridge, a wheel, forward and back footboards, a press-up, movement in various poses, and also other exercises which beginning judoists have to own.

 The integral part of any competitions is emotions. Therefore I always with interest watch not only participants of competitions, but also their trainers, and as fans. Emotional component of any competitions it always decoration of competitions. The pictures made in such situation, allow to transmit spirit of competitions as well as possible.

This time children were "supported" their parents, by schoolmates, and also pupils from other classes. With their amicable support of competition flew by very quickly. All children, tried to show to what they learned on trainings. And despite that the quantity of prize-winning places in competitions was limited, lost wasn't. Support words for those who didn't become prize-winners and assurances of the trainer and parents that next time at them everything will turn out, were as it is impossible by the way. Therefore I didn't see the competitions offended among participants. For them it there was one more small vital lesson.

   Winners and prize-winners became (as places):

-    in special preparation competitions:    Artem Gladkov, Vladislav Sheremet, Stanislav Smirnov;  

-    in all-physical preparation competitions:    Andrey Abdullaev, Artem Shataylo, Stas Olkhov.  

For the reached results the trainer handed over all of them diplomas.

After completion of competitions I approached to parents and asked them to share impression of the seen.

Elena, Andrey Abdullaev's mother told:

- I came "to be ill" for the son together with the grandmother. We are very happy that the son chose this sport, after all this type of single combats forms character, raises a self-assessment, disciplines. It while likes all: both trainer and trainings. Looked forward its first results. We are glad that Andrey won first place and received the diploma. But even if it also didn't win anything, all the same we consider that it not for nothing spends time for trainings.

  Vladislav Sheremet's father Vitaly Petrovich also spoke very positively occupations by the son of judo:

  Things do happen. There can sometimes be Vladik and would prefer to run about with friends somewhere in the yard or on the street. But I consider that it is best of all when it is under continuous supervision of adults, especially the skilled trainer. As a whole, judo occupation while to it in pleasure. We are glad for its today's successful performance and we hope that the main victories at it ahead.

After all dispersed, Homchik G. M. showed me the neighboring room filled with sports exercise machines and with pride told:

- It too our hall. It almost same size, as well as in what passed competitions. Here we train on exercise machines. While absolutely gradually but when children will grow up, then loadings can be increased. As a wall between these halls not bearing, I dream to transfer it here here (specifies by a hand) to expand a wrestling hall. The relations at me with a management of school developed good, I think, it will be possible to agree. But it in the long term. While children small, the place suffices to us.

When I was going to leave, asked Gennady about problems which are available for him.

- Problems suffice. he said. - As at all. Sometimes we create them, sometimes to us create. Such impression that without them we can't exist. Here on Monday have to arrive with MOKSDYuShOR to take away couple of sports ropes, six big mats on which today during competitions children did "bridge", and still something. A few years ago, when I only came here to train judoists, the Belarusian federation of judo helped to acquire this sport stock. But, as I then wasn't up to the end sure, whether it will turn out to be fixed here to me, I asked federation to transfer all this to fixed assets of MOKSDYuShOR where I then worked. Then I personally organized receiving and delivery of this sport stock from shop in school. Now I because of some disagreements had intense relations with management MOKSDYuShOR. And here they decided to take away all this sport stock transferred by it to fixed assets by federation gratuitously from school. Well it is fine if these mats were urgently necessary to them. So after all isn't present. Thus they decided to salt it to me. Only I here don't understand, and here children? Now it is necessary to regret only that asked then BFD to transfer sport stock in MOKSDYuShOR, instead of in this school.

- Gennady, and in BFD you addressed?

- I didn't address to the chairman. At it and without me cares suffice. It seems to me not that case when it is necessary to address to the first person of federation.

Though I consider that the Belarusian federation of judo could ask or demand from heads of MOKSDYuShOR to leave sport stock at school No. 172. After all in interests of federation that the sport stock acquired by it was used for designated purpose. Especially children. I am sure that it would be the optimum decision.

P.S. While this material prepared, to high school No. 172 of Minsk there arrived representatives of MOKSDYuShOR and took away all sport stock transferred by it to fixed assets by federation of judo.
