In the past weekend in the SVFU sports complex of M. K. Ammosov passed annual championship of the republic in judo among young men and girls of 97-99 year of birth, and also among youth till 23 years. In total nearly one and a half hundred young athletes took part in it.

At official opening ceremonies of superiority were present the deputy minister of sports of RS(Ya) Vladimir Agafonov, the president of Federation of judo of RS(Ya) Oleg Tarasov, the ataman of the Yakut Cossack regiment Alexander Kozyr, the executive director of federation Oleg Ustyuzhin.

Oleg Tarasov congratulated participants and guests of tournament on coming New year, wished to athletes of victories, persistence and diligence in achievement of goals for the benefit of the native republic.
