The chairman of Federation of judo of the Republic of Mari El, the master of sports of Russia of the international class in judo, the member of the national team of Emercom of Russia, the participant of the World Cups and Europe, the champion of Europe, the native of our republic Valery Dushev became the initiator of carrying out tournament.

The organization of a sporting event exercised Head control of Emercom of Russia on the Republic of Mari El and the Ministry of physical culture, sports and tourism of the Republic Mari El. As judges masters of sports, prize-winners and winners of superiority of the USSR and Russia on judo and the sambos working now as trainers-teachers were invited. Valery Dushev headed a judiciary board. Professional athletes and skilled judges were faced by a task to give an objective assessment to sports progress of young judoists Mari El.

Participants of tournament showed quite good results. The greatest number of winners among pupils of SDYuSh SHOUTING on judo – athletes from Fleks club and DYuSSh of Medvedev's area.
