Therefore I consider very symbolical to make all necessary in order that implementation of our project on promoting of this beautiful and spectacular type of wrestling among younger generation of inhabitants of Volgograd" here began, – mister Tmenov explained.

In turn, the head of Volgograd emphasized that the city has today no sufficient base for introduction in life of large-scale sports projects, but there is an aspiration and powerful support of the governor of the region Sergey Bozhenov who achieved carrying out in Volgograd of a stage of the FIFA World Cup of 2018.

It should be noted that in the spring of next year the city hall of Volgograd it is ashamed with Federation of judo will start studying the mechanism of implementation of the pilot project on development of sports for children and young people. Then heads of federation plan to visit again Volgograd to discuss the plan of further actions with the mayor.
