Other pupils are widely known also: Sergey Andreyev, Igor Bykov, Somova's brothers, Vladimir Aleksandrovsky, Sergey Nosov.

Bearing in mind Yury Solovya's merits, some days before tragic road accident of the electee by the vice-chairman of regional federation of wrestling, by the decision of Achinsk administration tournaments in his honor also began to be held.

On December 7 for the seventeenth time of 17 teams from Uzhur, Krasnoyarsk and other cities gathered for a tatami of a track and field athletics arena "Record". For prizes not regional, and regional tournament of memory of our outstanding fellow countryman 221 participants battled that also speak about constantly increasing popularity and respect for competitions.

The way of Achinsk pupils of sports school of the Olympic reserve on single combats to prizes wasn't easy, though "fruitful".

Winners became: Maria Smirnova (No. 13 SOSh) and Alexander Grin (No. 17 SOSh). Silver medals are handed over to Anna Istomina (No. 5 SOSh) and Mikhail Zvyagin (No. 16 SOSh). For the third places Ekaterina Popova, Ksenia Strigo (both from the 16th school), Egor Solomatov (No. 3 SOSh), the cadet Ilya Nikolaev, Roman Fleyshman (No. 1 SOSh), Ilya Shumeyko (No. 17 SOSh) are awarded. And they got prizes the serious: except diplomas and medals – monetary awards.
