As organizers of competitions acted the All-Russian federations of OSFSG and VFVEG. 68 men and 34 women took part in tournament from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. The national team of Ukraine totaled 18 people who made the serious competition to Russians. Refereeing of tournament was provided by 18 judges among whom two were international, and six – the All-Russian category.

Among guests of honor of competitions were: President of the All-Russian society of deafs, President of MKSG Valery Rukhledev, world champion and Olympic Games, senior trainer of the veteran national team of judo Andrey Tsyupachenko, president Fonda of revival of national traditions "A new century" Larissa Komissarova, president of Federation of judo of Zelenograd Victor Nevzorov and director of DYuSSh No. 114 "Record" Alexey Taravikov.

By results of competitions in an all-team competition the victory was celebrated by team of the Republic of Bashkortostan (23 athletes, trainer Pegov V.A. ) . The second place was taken by team of Ukraine (trainer Kharlamov V.), and the third - team of Moscow (25 athletes).

All participants gained memorable diplomas with Valery Rukhledev's autograph, and winners, besides medals, received also valuable prizes – the smartphones provided by the sponsor of competitions.
