The winner of competitions, having shown sure and beautiful wrestling, there was Mikhail Blinov (the trainer Vladimir Lyamin,club "White Tiger" ), and the silver medal in weight to 38 kilograms was got by Leonid Lyasovy (the trainer Sergey Shcherbinin,club "Tsunami" ).
