The personal team championship on judo was carried out according to the provision on sports contest BRO OHO VFSO "Dynamo" for 2013

Competitions took place in the House of sports of "Dynamo". Offset was carried out on 3 participants. Competitions were held on the Olympic system with an elimination and consolatory meetings on weight categories: 60, 66, 73, 81, 90, 100 and over 100 kg. Command results were determined by the smallest amount of the places collected by participants of competitions. The first place in team competitions was taken by the IPK Ministry of Internal Affairs command of Russia, the second place was taken by Head department of Emercom of Russia across the Bryansk region, the third place – FSO of the city of Bryansk.
