It was devoted to memory of trainer-teacher Nikolay Ulanovskogo and passed on the basis of SDYuSShOR "Cometa".

The director of SDYuSShOR Olga Shuvarova reported that to measure swords forces to Ryazan there arrived 220 young judoists from four regions of Russia:  Ryazan (Ryazan, Sasovo, Fish, Novomichurinsk, Skopin, Shilovo), Moscow, Tula and Vladimir areas. 

In weight categories 38, 42 and 55 of kg owners of tournament took priority: Daniyal Magomedov (Ryazan, "Cometa"), Artem Konurkin and Raul Babayev (both from Shilovo). The double managed to be made and to the Tula judoists, in weight categories to 35 and 46 kg winners became Vladimir Petrov and Ilya Borodinov respectively.

Other categories on increase were won by Alexander Plekhanov (Zaraysk), Andrey Samoylenko (Electrostal), Maxim Osipov and Kirill Ignatov from Kolomna.
