More than 100 athletes take part in tournament from various regions of Russia. All of them are prize-winners of competitions of various levels, including international. The sporting event is held on the basis of dzerzhinsky sport school of judo and gymnastics.

The Mayor of Dzerzhinsk Valery Chumazin and the deputy head of administration of the city took part in opening ceremony of tournament on social policy Valentin Sakharova .

The head of administration of Dzerzhinsk emphasized that this tournament not only allows participants to show competitive spirit and to reach new heights in sports discipline of "judo", but also reminds once again to young athletes of the person - the militia colonel, the master of sports on judo to the Valeria Sinyachkin which name is born by competitions.
