Only in two weight categories nonresident athletes - Aksyanov Akim and Zakharov Kirill (No. 2 SDYuSShOR, Syzran) became winners. In all the others the first places were taken by pupils of the Tolyatti municipal KSDYuSShOR No. 13 Volgar: Allagulov Marat, Chumakov Kirill, Zotov Dmitry, Rudyukov Victor, Mukhamatchin Grigory, Karpov Oleg and Gayduk Artem.
