For years of work Nikolay Pavlovich made a big contribution to development of judo and sambo of the city of Surgut (1978-1996gg. ) and Ishimsky region of the Tyumen region (1996-2013gg. ) .Trained 1 Master of sports of the international class, 12 masters of sports, 28 candidates for the master of sports on judo and sambo. Mosquitoes of N.P. became the initiator and the direct organizer of carrying out in the Ishimsky area of the All-Russian tournament on sambo fight among women in which since 2002 sportswomen from various regions of Russia annually take part.

Nikolay Pavlovich became more than once the best children's trainer of the Tyumen region. Children for it were meaning of the life. He was able to find approach to pupils, is skillful to help to place in life of each child the correct priorities.

For a big contribution to judo and sambo development Nikolay Pavlovich was repeatedly marked out by diplomas of the State committee of the Russian Federation on physical culture and sport, the Russian Olympic Committee, in 2009 is awarded by the sign "Excellent Student of Physical Culture and Sport". In 2011 the rank "The honourable citizen of the Ishimsky area" is appropriated to Komarov N. P.
