Solemn parade of athletes opened competitions, national flag of Ukraine was lifted. On action were present: the head of department of the Olympic and not Olympic sports of FSO "Dynamo" of Ukraine Vladimir Gubarev, the first deputy chairman of the FSO "Dynamo" Lugansk regional organization of Ukraine Igor Sidelnikov, the head of department concerning physical culture and sport of Lugansk city council Alexey Serdyukov, the chairman of Lugansk separation of National Olympic committee of Ukraine, the honored worker of physical culture and sport of Ukraine Nikolay Kravchenko, the president of Federation of judo of area Alexander Berkutov and others.

With welcome speech the first deputy chairman of "Dynamo" addressed to participants of competitions, trainers and judges in Lugansk area Igor Sidelnikov. It marked high achievements of athletes Dynamo members of which Luganshchina by right is proud, congratulated present on championship opening, wished victories and successes to all athletes.

Alexey Serdyukov solemnly wished happy birthday and professional sporting achievements of the deputy the vice-president of Lugansk city federation of wrestling of sambo and Leonid Apanasenk's judo and handed over it the control certificate of honor concerning physical culture and sports of Lugansk city council.

The championship FSO "Dynamo" among young men and girls is held annually. "The second year in a row passes this championship on the basis of the Lugansk regional organization of sports and sporting society

"Dynamo", – Igor Sidelnikov tells. – For us it is important that with young athletes the most skilled trainers and judges therefore evaluate competitions of the judge of national category worked. After all our task – since young years to put in athletes a basis for future victories".

The head of department of the Olympic and not Olympic sports of FSO "Dynamo" of Ukraine Vladimir Gubarev marked the high level of the organization of the championship Lugansk sport society. "Wrestling of judo is a priority sport not only for "Dynamo", but also for all Ukraine. Many outstanding judoists – natives of "Dynamo", for example, the world champion in judo George Zantaraya, the double prize-winner of Olympic Games Roman Gontyuk and many others", - emphasized Vladimir Anatolyevich.

Dmitry Plugatarenko participates in the championship for the second time, it won an honourable second place in weight category +90кг. The young man repeatedly became the prize-winner of the championships of Ukraine on judo and sambo wrestling. "This time it was necessary to struggle with two rivals: the first fight was difficult, the second – is simpler. I am engaged about eight years, I very much like this sport. I plan and further to participate in the championships of Ukraine, probably, and international", – the athlete shared.

In the first day of the championship for a victory young men fought, and already on September 25 girls will take part in competitions. Following the results of the championship winners in personal and command superiority will be defined.
