36-year-old Chinchin became the chief investigator of Ukraine

Nikolay Chinchin is the master of sports on judo

The new chief of the Head investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is appointed.

In five months after Vasily Farinnik's dismissal by the new chief of the Head investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine there was 36-year-old Nikolay Chinchin. To central office it was presented by minister Vitaly Zakharchenko, having designated key tasks: ensuring effective work in the conditions of the new Criminal Procedure Code, investigation of office crimes, observance of constitutional laws of citizens, increase of trust of the population to militia.

Chinchin — the native of Donbass, graduated from Donetsk university and the Kharkov national academy of a name of Yaroslav the Wise.  From 2002 to 2013 I worked in bodies of prosecutor's office, including the Head investigative department of GPU, and also the deputy prosecutor of Kiev.

His former head Victor Dychakovsky speaks about Nikolay Nikolaevich, as if from the Soviet characteristic:  "The strong professional, despite of the youth, possessing tactics and a consequence technique".

Since March Chinchin was the deputy chief of the Central board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs — the head of department on investigation of serious crimes. In GSU of the colleague told us that for eyes of the chief call "wolfhound": say that it works since morning and late, seldom leaving home before 21 hours. From hobbies remembered fishing, but added that that forgot when the last time sat at the river with a rod. But I succeeded in physical training — is the master of sports on judo, directly as the president of Russia Vladimir Putin.
