The Lipetsk judoist became the winner of World Games of veterans

Vladimir Sergeyev caused a stir in the Italian Turin

41-year-old resident of Lipetsk Vladimir Sergeyev became the winner of World Games of veterans (WorldMastersGames) which take place in the Italian Turin. The Lipetsk judoist benefited competitions in weight category to 90 kilograms (age of participants of 40-44 years).
Sergeyev carried out three fights: in first two it ahead of schedule won against Italians Fabricio Fiori and Vittorio Di Bartolomeo, and in the ending I broke resistance of Lithuanian Zhilvinas Lukoshiusa.

Except Sergeyev, the part in World Games was taken by one more Lipetsk judoist Sergey Chernukhin. It competed in category to 73 kg (40-44 years) and left in the first circle, having lost to future bronze prize-winner Yerzhan Omarbayev from Kazakhstan.
