Some newly elected members of the FIAS executive committee also managed to appear with an official denial of the involvement in the extraordinary congress. The president of the Romanian federation Viorel Gyske reported that arrived to the capital of Malaysia to fish and in operation of conference of involvement didn't accept. Representatives of the British federation explained the involvement with desire to listen to colleagues, and generally it was a question of scientific and practical conference on sambo development, instead of of the fatal congress.

Don't give in on provocation

From legal side no extraordinary congress also existed. That to organize it, it is necessary to observe mass of formalities. To collect appropriate announcements from a third of all countries – participants of FIAS (1/3 is 27 federations), to send them to the incumbent president and the executive committee. And only in this case the executive committee of FIAS will be independently engaged in the organization of the extraordinary congress. In a case with a meeting in Malaysia any of these formalities wasn't observed. Therefore no wonder that the extraordinary congress was carried out under the guise of scientific and practical conference. On higher status it is meeting and couldn't claim. However thanks to the signature of the detached secretary general of FIAS of Nikolay Lenz the trade register of the Canton of Vaud accepted fabricated documents on carrying out the extraordinary congress and formalized the changes accepted on it.

Consequences at this "scientific and practical conference" can be the most serious. Unexpected "revolution" in FIAS already turned into the international scandal which will negatively affect perspectives of development of this sport claiming for the status of the Olympic. However because of Russians – Schultz, Rudman and Lenz – the rights more than 70 countries which are sincerely taking care of development of sambo were violated.

While representatives of national federations of sambo write notes of protest to the Swiss authorities, impostors try to get access to bank accounts of FIAS. Very few people doubt that race for power in public organization, especially considering Mikhail Schultz's doubtful reputation and his commands, are initiated with the purpose to receive monitoring over funds for development of this sport which pass through FIAS.

To avoid in the future of judicial proceedings, the president of FIAS Vasily Shestakov in the official address asked the third parties to refrain from financial interaction with Federation while the legitimate manual won't be rehabilitated. "This situation will be settled in the shortest periods", – Vasily Shestakov assured.
