The sixth summer sports contest of pupils of Russia became more than successful for the Perm juniors. From five participants from Prikamye three won medals. Christina Shilova took 1 place in category  48 kg, Veronica Mikova became the best in the weight 57 kg. "Silver" on the account of Darya Pichkaleva who acted in category 52 kg.

The sports contest this year took place in Penza. Athletes of 1997-1998 year of birth took part in it.

It was difficult, but everything turned out, Veronica Mikova tells:

– In total I held three meetings on a sports contest. Fight for an exit in the ending appeared most difficult of them. The Muscovite with whom it was necessary to struggle, was the inconvenient competitor – rather strong and skilled, and besides the lefthander. I managed to beat it by means of the reception estimated by judges on "vazari". In the ending I met the sportswoman from St. Petersburg, won on "shido". Very much that trainers believed in me helped. Therefore also itself I believed that I will be able to become the first. I am glad that at me everything turned out, – I yet didn't show such results. Now I have chances to go on superiority of Europe. If it is possible to pass selection – I hope and there to be overcome for a prize-winning place.

To the champion of a sports contest of 15 years, she studies in Zakamsk, trains at Natalia Karakhanova. As well as other Perm young talents which were in time well to prove, Veronica Mikova guaranteed herself the next year the budgetary support – a grant of the governor of Perm Krai of 5 thousand rubles a month.

Her girlfriend on command Darya Pichkaleva as the sports director of federation of judo of Perm Krai Rasim Zakirov told, – the representative well-known in Perm a sports dynasty. Sergey Pichalev, the father of the sportswoman, itself equipped and opened a judo hall in Motovilikh.

– Competitions in Penza were, in fact, the sports contest ending, – Darya Pichkaleva tells. – We had to pass selection rounds in Perm Krai, then at the level of the Volga federal district. Nevertheless, athletes it was selected much, acted on 7-8 people in each age category. I managed to win a semi-final, but the ending developed not so successfully. At first I conducted in the account, but literally last minute made an offensive mistake and lost. The competitor was well familiar to me, from Moscow I already struggled with this sportswoman on the Cup of Europe. Then I managed to win against it, and here in Penza it didn't develop. Well, means, is to what to aspire, Soon we will begin selection on so-called "Gymnasiade", I am faced by a task well to make a speech at this tournament, not to bring trainers. To them many thanks – that they do for us, means much.
