The Russian judoist Jakub Shamilov won a bronze medal of University games in competitions for athletes of weight category to 66 kg. Shamilov in a match for bronze overcame Frenchman Vensan Valle. The Ukrainian Artem Harchenko who won against Rishod Sobirova from Uzbekistan got other bronze.

Japanese judoist Tomofumi Takadzo won a gold medal of University games in Kazan in competitions for athletes of weight category to 66 kg. Takadzo for gold won against Cho June Hyun a match from South Korea.

The Brazilian judoist Ketleyn Kuadros won a gold medal of Universiadyv of weight category to 57 kilograms. In the ending she got the best of Shushana Gevondyan from Ukraine.

Japanese Soko Ono got bronze awards (Japan) and Lin Chen Leang from Taiwan.

Korean Van Ki Chun won the gold medal University games-2013 in competitions of judoists in weight category to 73 kg. In a final match Van Ki Chun got the best of Frenchman Zhonatan Allardon.

Japanese Yuki Nisiyama and Portuguese André Alves got bronze.
