The Russian judoist Martha Labazina won a bronze medal on University games in Kazaniv weight category to 63 kilograms. In fight for bronze the Russian got the best of the representative of Ukraine Marina Murashko.

The second bronze in this category was won by Katharine Untervurtsakher from Austria, appeared more strongly than Portuguese Ana Kashola.

The Frenchwoman Mael Di Chintio became the winner of University games in Kazaniv judo competitions, having won tournament in weight category to 63 kg. Di Chintio in a final match overcame Japanese Kayoko Sano .

Japanese judoist Takanori Nagase became the champion of University games in Kazaniv to weight category to 81 kilograms. The Japanese in a final match overcame Yakhyo Imamov from Uzbekistan.

Bronze medalists became Mamedali Mekhdiyev from Azerbaijan and László Choknyay from Hungary.

South Korean judoist Ye Sul Hvan won a gold medal of University games in weight category to 70 kilograms. She won against Chinese woman Zhao Chia the ending.

Frenchwoman Estelle Posvit and Onyx Cortes Aldama from Cuba became bronze medalists.

The Russian judoist Kirill Voprosov won a bronze medal of University games in Kazaniv weight category to 90 kilograms. Questions in a match for bronze Aleksandara Kukolzha from Serbia overcame. Czech Alexander Yurechka became also bronze medalist.

The Korean judoist Dongkhan Gvak won University games gold in Kazan in weight category to 90 kilograms. Gvak overcame Dzhanchivdorzha Bunddorzha in the ending from Mongolia.
