The prosecutor's office of Yelets checked operation of children's junior sporting school "Spartak" and found there having citizen working as the athlete-instructor criminal record.    As explained in the press service of regional prosecutor's office, according to the law to labor activities in education, education, developments of minors aren't allowed the persons which have or having a criminal record.   

In defiance of the specified requirements in 2010 to a position of the athlete-instructor of separation of wrestling of judo of children's sporting school the citizen the same year condemned for illegal acquisition and storage of drugs was accepted.

Considering that such situation can do harm to moral development of pupils of school, the prosecutor entered representation to the director of MBU DOSSSHOR "Spartak" with the requirement about extinction of the labor relations with the specified person. Performance of the act of public prosecutor's reaction is taken on monitoring.
