SECOND DAY

The second day of youthful Superiority of Europe passing in the Estonian capital on judo made happy with gold of Russian Ruslan Godizov in category of 73 kg not only the champion, not simply all fans of domestic judo, but especially the instructor of our team – Vladimir Gladchenko. Godizov's medal I became the 100-th in a collection of awards of wards of Gladchenko won for ten years of his work at this position.

Coming to the Tallinn tatami in the status of the last year's champion of Europe Ruslan GODIZOV (73) from RSO-Alania, certainly, I was ready to the special attitude towards from rivals. It is clear, that the Russian, one of leaders of the European judo in this weight, carefully is studied by instructors and wrestlers of foreign teams, under it prepare. In this season

Ruslan on selection competitions wasn't so lucky – on three Cups he reached final part, but never became the winner, having remained with bronze in Tver and Antalia and with silver – in Berlin. Perhaps, the injury of a hand disturbed, and can such there was a cunning calculation of the trainers, trying to lull into a false sense of security opponents. And though in Tallinn it was visible that Ruslan's hand disturbs, it coped with pain also successfully, as well as with opponents on a tatami and Godizov's total result on Europe-2013 all questions removed because all his duels were saturated with magnificent throws, powerful, amplitude, high-speed. The third participant of a Russian team – Pavel Ershov (66) in the first meeting of day got on future champion of the continent, the representative of Kosovo acting for Euro under the flag of the International federation of judo, Akil Dzhakova. The champion of Russia Sofia Chistanova (52) conceded in the second circle to Balasoiu's Romanian, and Elizabeth Stapanova at the same stage lost to the Dutchwoman Van Dekker. In the additional period of the second meeting of day according to remarks Katerina Dotsenko (57) lost to the British. Loss is too result by which it is possible to do the analysis and to prepare a correction of mistakes. On wrestling of sportswomen we with coach of the team Flora Mkhitaryan already drew conclusions and on collecting to a world championship we will pay them special attention".

Godizov's gold allowed the Russian national team to improve situation in the total table. After two days of competitions in Tallinn our team (2-0-1) already on the second place, conceding only to Azerbaijanians, at which on two medals of each advantage.
