On June 6-8 in Ochakovenauchebno-sportivnoy improving to base of the FSO "Dynamo" Nikolaev regional organization the first International tournament "Cup of the Black Sea" on judo among young men and girls under patronage of the chief of UMVD of Ukraine in the Nikolaev area of militia major general Parsenyuk Valentina Nikolaevich took place.

More than 180 young athletes took part in competitions from Russia, Moldova and Ukraine which structure included teams of the Kiev, Zhitomir, Vinnytsia, Chernigov, Cherkassk, Kirovograd, Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa, Kherson, Nikolaev areas and ARE the Crimea.

In the welcome speech the militia major general noted that UMVD of Ukraine in the Nikolaev area the person above all" continues implementation of the program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine ", one of which sections provides work with children and wished to young judoists of honest and uncompromising fight, courage, persistence and a convincing victory on a tatami.

Already on a good tradition the head of militia of Nikolayevshchina executed honourable mission and in the nomination to "The most young athlete" awarded a special prize to the representative of a national team of Moldova to a shestiletnemudzyudoist to Andrey Pyatkovskomu.

According to organizers of tournament, a main objective of carrying out such actions - activization and promoting of sports and improving and sports and mass work, optimization of various forms of leisure and ensuring broad participation of children and teenagers in society life.

Not less important task for militiamen is formation in youthful consciousness of skills of a healthy lifestyle, preservation of creative and labor activity, a full development of physical properties, game sports and strengthening of physical training. Such measures will promote prevention of offenses and prevention of emergence of children's crime and strengthening of the relations of local population with employees of militia.

Competitions took place in two age categories: in the I category athletes of 2000-2002 year of birth, and in II - 2003-2005 fought.

In bright and uncompromising fight, in the I age category, the third place was taken by a national team of Moldova. Silver medals of competitions were received by judoists of a national team of Ordzhonikidze. In the second category the third place was taken by team of the Kiev sports club "Artem", silver was received by athletes of. Eagle (Russia). And pupils of DYuSSh "Dynamo" of a national team of the FSO "Dynamo" Nikolaev regional organization (trainer Moskalenko V. N.) became winners of tournament in both age categories.

Winners and prize-winners of competitions received cups, medals and memorable diplomas from the chief of UMVD Nikolaev militia major general Parsenyuk V.
