MU "Department of Physical Culture and Sport" of of Gukovo and MBOU DOD DYuSSh "Prometheus" became initiators and organizers of a festival administration of of Gukovo, the Kingkoul company.

In the morning of the first competitive day passed preliminary fights in five weight categories: 46 kg, 50 kg, 55 kg, 60 kg and 66 kg. On their results three гуковчан deserved the right to fight in the ending.

Opening of a traditional international festival of judo took place in a festive atmosphere in Shakhter Sports palace.  Representatives of participating teams were constructed on opening parade which was accepted by M.A.Babayev – the chief judge of competitions, the judge of the All-Russian category.  With welcome speech the mayor of Gukovo Victor Anatolyevich Gorenko who told addressed to the gathered: 

– Our city is famous long ago for traditions of this sport as in the Rostov region, and it is far beyond its limits. It is convinced that tournament will attract youth to this noble sport.

He wished to participants of tournament of interesting duels, health and good luck.  On behalf of the Kingkoul company which acted as the general sponsor of action, the head of the press service of the company Christina Anatolyevna Ovchinnikova greeted participants of a festival: 

– We are sincerely glad to that we take the most direct part in carrying out a festival and we make the contribution to maintenance and development of so demanded and noble sports of judo at which every year becomes more and more admirers among young people.

For the help in the organization and carrying out a traditional international festival on wrestling of judo of V.A.Gorenko "Kingkoul" handed over to the representative the letter of thanks.

And intense final fights were fascinating. The Hookean judoists, despite strong rivals, showed good results. Igor Kabichkin became a winner in weight category of 60 kg, having overcome the opponent from Adygea. Saveli Vatsura and Jan Tselimbayev became the second prize-winners in the weight categories. Kirill Lobachyov took the third place in the weight  46 kg.

Young men in weight categories  73 kg, 81 kg, 90 kg and over 90 kg became participants of duels of the second day of competitions. 

Fights in the weight  81 kg became the most successful for our athletes: almost all podium judoists of occupied Gukovo! "Bronze" prize-winners became Vyacheslav Skums and Rostislav Pauls, and the victory was won by Konstantin Ryabushka.

A little luck didn't suffice Dmitry Tariq (+90 kg). Having successfully acted in preliminary duels, it conceded in the ending to the fighter from South Ossetia and became only the second.

Cups, medals and diplomas from organizers of competitions are handed over to all winners and prize-winners of the International festival of judo. Trainers of winners are also awarded by medals. And memorable cups are handed over to participating teams.
