On last youth championship of Georgia in judo in academy of judo of a name of Shota Chochishvili 8 sets of medals were played. Today champions and prize-winners came to light in the remained four weight categories.
In the ending of weight category to 81 kg the last year's semi-final – opposition of leaders of an internal rating - Beki Bongvani and Teimuraza Hachidze repeated - again came to the end with Dongvani's victory, however this the last couldn't win a title in the second time in a row, having lost in Uche Margiani's ending. Before Margiani's this fight I won against Boris Savreshiani, George Gurchiani and Bachana Titvinidze.
In 90 kg to the highest step of a pedestal there ascended Ilya Malvenishvili. On a way to the ending it put way to Dzhab Chechelashvili, Nick Abuladze and Merab Kaldani, and in decisive fight overcame Ushangy Gasitashvili and entered a rating at once from 500 points.
In 100 kg the main favourite was the winner of the rating tournaments which have passed in this year (in Kvareli and Marneuli) Tornika Otinashvili and it showed really champion fight, having won on a way to David Ebilashvili, Avtandil Somkhishvili and George Setiyeli's gold.
Superiority of Georgia crowned the ending of sons of two glorified Georgian heavyweights - David Hakhaleishvili and Akakiya Kibordzalidze - Rostoma and Gugi. Hakhaleishvili became the champion - thanks to the reception made in added time-. By the way, both of them represented the Imeretia team. To Imeretia in heavy weight it was presented by 4 judoists and all of them acted well. George Zakariadze became the bronze prize-winner, and George Lazuashvili lost in the ending репешажа to it and as a result took the 5th place.
In an all-team competition of Imeretia gathered most medals - 2 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze. At Sheed Kartli, Kvemo Kartli, Kakheti, Tbilisi, South Ossetia and Rachi-Lechkhumi - on one champion.
From among the judoists who have proved in the championship of Georgia, the trainer of the national team Gy Gugava will create that expanded structure which he will watch on the international tournaments and collecting within a preparatory cycle to the European championship which has to will take place on September 20-22 in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
