In Ugra was judo tournament in memory of police lieutenant colonel Igor Chernyshev.
"Junior" of Nyagan passed on May 25 the 13th interregional tournament in sport center on judo among men in memory of the former chief of Department of Internal Affairs of Nyagan police lieutenant colonel Igor Tchernyshov who was lost on duty in 2000 to Grozny.
Tournament opened parade of participants. With welcome speeches police colonel Gennady Ivanovich Zyurin, the deputy chief of police of UMVD of Russia addressed to athletes on the district police colonel Timothy Anatolyevich Zagurny, mayor Vladimir Mikhaylovich Nefedyev, the chairman of Public Council the chief of OMVD of Russia across Nyagan at OMVD of Russia across Nyagan Valery Mikhaylovich Vorobyov and the executive director of federation of judo Yury Alekseevich Plekhanov.
Opening of competitions began with a moment of silence. Then under the anthem of Russia flags of Russia and Yugra were lifted. This tournament has the status traditional and takes place in Nyagan already for the 13th time. This year in tournament took part 65 athletes representing 12 territories of the district. The majority of participants of tournament - the staff of law-enforcement bodies.
In persistent fight for leadership and prize-winning places participants showed the skill and desire to win.
As a result of jury defined best of the best both in personal superiority, and in a team competition.
The first place in persistent fight was won by the OMVD team of Russia across Nyagan, on the second place the team from Uray settled down and the OMVD team of Russia rose by an honourable third place till. Iridescent.
Thanks to active support of district administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the mayor, sponsors of tournament, sport center administration "Junior" the 13th interregional tournament on judo among men took place traditionally at high level.
