Traditional tournament on judo of memory of Alexey Lopatkin within two days took place "Breeze" of Krasnokamensk in a gym.

230 athletes from Zabaykalsky Krai and the Irkutsk region came to a tatami in hope to subdue treasured steps of an honourable pedestal.

The master of sports Alexey Lopatkin - one of pioneers of judo in Krasnokamensk - it tragicly was lost during preparation for the next tournament. In memory of the athlete here the eleventh year there takes place his name tournament. To become the best among the best, to receive a treasured medal - dream of everyone who deserved the right to participate in these competitions.

Vitaly Bronnikov, senior trainer of office of judo of Krasnokamensk: "From our children we expect bright victories, good fights and we hope that they will act adequately, protecting honor of our city, sports school and will take only good prizes and will be champions".

The strongest judoists from Bratsk, Shelekhov, Chita and Krasnokamensk presented a holiday to judges of judo in Krasnokamensk. Fans became witnesses more than two hundred fights, they compared and estimated equipment of various sports schools.

Vladislav Benz, pupil of DYuSSh No. 3, Krasnokamensk: "Rivals very much are pleasant to me, they worthy, there arrived many teams. It already my third performances, I took the first and third places, now I wait for the first".

Athletes from Shelekhov the Krasnokamensk tatami arrived to submit not the first time.

Andrey Kuznetsov, trainer-teacher of children's sports school "Yunost", Shelekhov: "We brought ten people, 10 participants. We fight in two age groups, 2000 – 5 people and 2002-2003 – 5 people. We think that brought winners even if it is immodest".

For the majority of athletes similar tournaments - first of all experience. Sports duel as confirmation of the skills acquired on trainings.

Nikolay Nekrasov, inhabitant of Krasnokamensk: "As I went in for sports in young years professionally, you test, first of all, pleasure, you see shine in eyes, you see aspiration to win, children's maximalism, and it brings huge pleasure. The children's youthful years, the competitions" are remembered.

In total on tournament 120 medals were played. More than a half of them remained in Krasnokamensk. Pupils of child junior sports school No. 3 won a cup and the first command place. Ilya Kuznetsov became a champion in weight category to 55 kilograms and at the moment prepares for a sports contest of pupils of Russia which will take place in Krasnoyarsk.
